We got a bid from Craig Garcia 1/31/2012 to replace an electrical panel on our home at Sunburst Farms, Phoenix, AZ. On 4/18/2012 the job was still not done. He said he got the panel and permits. I told him to deduct that amount and whatever amount of time it took him out of the nearly $1500.00 we paid towards the job and drop of the balance at the house. He said he would have to pay it in payments, but he never gave any of our money back. Craig Garcia obviously has no moral values. God will be the one to judge him.
