I DO NOT recommend Chad Titus. He did a terrible job on a very small area of cement with a bulkhead as part of it. A few months later, there were many cracks in it. I must have 100 cracks. He says he guarantee's his work, but what good is it if he doesn't come back to fix it or correct it. He is also very unprofessional.
