    siding replacement

Contracted to replace siding, shutters and gutters. Ten months later work still not done. Siding replaced after 9 months but was wrong style. Chad said we never told him what we wanted so he guessed. Of course we told him and had the emails to prove it. Shutters and gutters removed at time of install but still not replaced. Lots of neighbors had used them without much problem. I should have looked wider for opinions.

This company was the worst! The owner is very irresponsible, can't get back to customers on a normal timeline. Took over two months to complete a project that should of taken a week. This company scams for money and does a half job. Very unsatisfied

    WARNING!

I wouldn't even rate Chad's Storm Team with one star! He is a con man who is scamming the insurance companies. He has unskilled foreigners doing the labor. He lies about the the date of completion and only is interested in aluminum siding houses for the scrap. It took over a year for roof & shingles to be completed which are now falling off. I had to get an attorney involved. STAY AWAY FROM ThIS COMPANY!

    Fly by night Contractor

Having had a lot of storm damage to our old home, we decided to use Chad's Storm Team after recommendations all over our neighborhood that they work with the insurance company. It was a mistake. After being told they would take care of everything from permits to insurance our experience was awful! The job was poor at best and done in a hurry including at night! They wanted final payment before job was done and when we refused until shoddy workmanship was corrected (crooked siding, crooked roofing shingles, windows do not fit properly) they never showed up again. Leaving us no choice but to get someone else to correct the problems. Do not go with this contractor no matter what they promise you!

Roofing and siding completed however, replacement windows were improperly sized for the frames, old rotting moulding was left in place and capped with PVC. Brick moulding was never completed leaving sills and insulation exposed all winter (now wet and rotting). Window capping that was installed traps rain water. If you go with this contractor buy yourself a new broom because it will be a mess. Chad did return phone calls on 3 occasions and promised to come back and finish the brick moulding and redo the capping to remove rotten moulding, this never happened and now will not return calls.

After several of my neighbors used Chads Storm Team for new roofs, my husband and I decided to go with his company for a new roof. What a mistake. He was trying to get the final payment before all of the work was done. The only time he we saw him during our roof install was when he stopped by to pick up the gutters for scrap. Then he was out of there. The crew that installed the roof were subcontracted, out of state, and didn't speak English. Our new roof leaked during the next storm. Chad did come out to look at it and said he would pay to replace the drywall that had been ruined by the leak as well as replace the flashing that wasn't installed correctly. Well it's been 6 months and no one every came out. He never calls back. We will probably be out another $800-$1000 to have the repairs done. I wish I would have found these reviews before working with him. We are pursuing action with the against his contractors license in PA. DO NOT WORK WITH CHADS STORM TEAM. THE WILL NOT DO THE WORK CORRECTLY AND THEN WON'T FIX IT.

Solicited Us that we had storm damage and claimed that they would handle everything with the insurance company even including our deductible. They were repairing many of the houses in the neighborhood so after some hesitance and multiple solicitations we decided to let them proceed. The job was done poorly with siding not lining up on different walls, lighting fixture plate not mounted properly causing them too pull away from the home when the fixtures were attached, damage to the bushes and trees, damage to the aluminum capping on the eves, lost pieces and improperly reinstalled the dental, sections of the foam insulation not installed under the siding causing the siding to be uneven, siding edging installed with sections missing, sections of aluminum capping bent, during install they put a hammer through the wall and busted a water pipe which had to be replaced by another contractor with no compensation to us. Multiple calls have been made to Chadd directly and he will not return calls and the one or two times I was able to contact hem he has been arrogant , threatening, and belligerent. We have later found out that he is currently being sued by other homeowners in the neighborhood for abandoning jobs half way through after trying to do work that requires permits in the township without getting them and telling the customer that it was handled. STAY AWAY, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS OR HAVE A LICENSE. BEWARE
