Patio our front of our duplex, brick walls, pillars, rod iron fence, driveway, water drains
    $16,300

On November 7, 2019, We hired Javier to cement our front yard of our duplex , plus put up a brick wall to separate both yard and a brick wall in the front of our property with 9 pillars and rod iron fence and to front gates and part of my driveway, and new steps for my house and a ramp for my sisters side. The patio has two different colors and it has so many wet spots that will not dry do it’s all spotted. It cost us 16,300. Well 3 days later the rod iron fence started to rust and a month later there are so many cracks all over both patios plus there are 3 places were the patio actually broke, plus the brick wall is cracked from top to bottom on all 4 sides and separate from the pillars and the house. I have called him so many times and texted him and sent him pictures of everything that was wrong all he says to me is that he did everything to code. He is not a man of his word or his work. I called him for the last time yesterday on August 6, 2020, he told me that he would come over to look at it but he did everything to code and he also tried to blame my son in law for not explaining that the pillar would separate from my house. Now why would my son in law be held responsible for Javier and his team. I did not hire my son in law for this job. He is trying to blame someone else for his poor work. How can he blame someone that had nothing to do with this project? I am truly at a loss. Well again Javier never came over or called me. It has been 9 months now of trying to get him to come over and fix what is wrong. We filed a complaint with the state licensing board. Now we just have to wake for them. I pray they make him fix what is wrong. Do not hire this man!!! He is not honest and extremely poor workmanship!!

Can a C-8 Concrete contractor contract and pull permits for a lattice patio cover?
No. A C-8 contractor can only work with wood when it is part of a formwork for concrete.

Check out the permits this guy is pulling, he is complete VIOLATION! Do not work with this guy!

We hired Javier for our back and front yard project in the community if Escaya in Chula Vista, Javier and his team came highly recommended for their honesty, take note “HONESTY” and NOT quality of work. If you are a very detailed person Javier and his team will not work out for you, not unless you supervise him every minute. He doesn’t provide drawings and will sometimes go ahead of HOA approval, so be careful not unless you have extra cash to pay fines! In addition to that, Javier will complete a project based on his preferences and his likings don’t be afraid to tell him to remove it and redo it! That was our mistake we let him do his style and we are now paying the price for it, do not make the same mistake! It cost more to undo everything.

At the end of the day if you want a guy who will invite you to church then this is your guy! However if you want quality and want to know and feel you spent your hard earned money the right way, please do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
