I used this company to install a new family bath. Within 3 months the shower drained leaked through the ceiling below. The leak was from terrible installation of the tile and shower drain. The tiler tried to blame the plumber and the contractor Mark Prichett simply disappeared! He suddenly wanted nothing to do with it. He would not step in and take care of the tile sub-contractor he used and he would not fix the problem.
I had 2 new tilers look at the issue and they had NEVER seen such a “Frankenstein” installation. The tiler had cobbled together many types of systems and in their option should not have even had a license.
We had to rip out the entire shower and have it redone. Great work MARK PRICHETT AND CHALFONTE CUSTOM CABINETRY
