    Get permits for a ADU
    $3,250

    I hired him to get me my permits for an ADU. It has beed over 2 years and and $3250 paid to him with nothing to show for. He will not return calls. And when he does contact me is to ask for more time only to not follow through with his promises. At thi point he has told me he will give me all paperwork and return my money in about 4 different occasions but always goes unresponsive. Im thinking of hiring a lawyer to see if I can recover some of the rental income lLawrence Chalk is costing me. Do not hire him. He is the most unreliable contractor I have worked with.

    Hillside Terracing
    $1,500

    Contracted to provide drawings for a hillside terracing project. Mr. Chalk took the deposit, gave excuses for missing the initial deadlines, never delivered any work product, then promptly stopped all contact.

    I would not recommend doing business with him in any form unless you are looking to lose your money.
