Unprofessional and do not show up when they say. Job took 3 times as long as promised. They subcontract out work and don't supervise. Multiple excuses including builder has a 10 pound weight restriction, which was not revealed at beginning of job, and that one of his workers is an alcoholic who does not show up to work. Had to hire someone else to install garage door and garage door opener. I had a drain installed and the subcontractor did not slope the cement to the drain, so it is a useless drain. Cement contractor also did not put the tie down straps for the cinder block in the cement when it was wet. This was a horrible experience dealing with incompetent , unprofessional, and rude builder. Do yourself a favor and Look elsewhere. I would also recommend checking to see if they are currently licensed in the state of Michigan
