    Roof and Stucco
    $20,000

    This company does great work and is reliable. I contracted them to replace the flat roofs on my apartments. I honestly couldn't be happier with them. They did a top notch job and I contracted them to re-stucco the buildings next. Yet another excellent product.
    The gentlemen, from the owners to the craftsmen, were all competent and polite and trustworthy. I will be using them for now on. I recommend them to everyone.

    Put up a coyote fence

    We worked with Vince Frenes and one of his crews (headed by Tony) to put up a coyote fence in our backyard in Albuquerque. We accepted their bid; after some initial confusion during the construction we were able to clear things up and ended up with a terrific end result. Vince and Tony were willing and able to work with us to sort out the details and we ended up with exactly what we had expected. The crew was prompt, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and very helpful with some additional details that my wife asked for. We would definitely consider using them again.

    Stucco my home and guest home

    I spoke to Josiah at Chameleon and he indicated that he would get right back to me. He never did. I called their office spoke to Paul and he was puzzled as to why Josiah had not responded. Paul called Josiah and I finally got a response from Josiah and he e-mailed me a quote.

    Josiah came to my home the next morning to review the job and stated that his initial quote was low and that he would send me an updated quote within hours, but most certainly by the end of the day. It never arrived. It did not arrive the next day nor the subsequent day.

    My view is that if this company cannot respond with a quote, how can the stucco my home? I am extremely disappointed with their non-responsivness.

    concrete my back yard

    We had some communication issues when scheduling our project.
    Once we set the schedule Cesar and his team were amazing to work with.
    They were on time and explained every step of the process as they were concreting my yard. Super impressed with the work ethic and the finished product.

    I would recommend this company.

    I had a really bad windstorm hit and knock over a good portion of my fence. Vince was extremely quick to get his team on the job and had everything fixed for me within a day!!! Super reasonable and the whole team was very friendly and professional I would highly recommend them!!!

    Paul’s team did a fantastic job!! They built us a pergola, installed all new windows, installed 2 sets of French doors to our patios, stucco’ed the entire house and boarder walls, added decorative wood above the windows...I am sure there are some things I am missing. His crews were very responsive and professional. They worked fast and always kept the areas clean. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone!

    removal and replacement of concrete patio

    This company saved me. I hired a man posing to have a company on Facebook. He gave me a faulty patio that had many pits in it. I found this company by looking up business w/ an actual license. They removed it and replaced not just this slab of concrete, but 3 for a great price. They didn't delay in completing the job either. Not only did they do this, but Paul Lucero was present to help me testify against the man who originally messed up my yard. I cannot thank them enough. -Dr Ferguson
