Purchased a couple of lifts from them in the past. Went well enough although there was some warranty claims and delays. Ordered another lift that we were told would work for us since they didn't have the one we wanted. Won't pick up anything we work on which is all trucks. Company dragged their feet for months with excuse after excuse but claimed they would make us happy and get it taken care of. Now, won't give a refund but offering that we pay them $2000 more to get the lift they were out of at the time, which was $400 more. We offered $1500 just to be done with it but they refused. Pay $2000 more for a mistake they made and fraudulent claim that this lift would work? No way. Pursuing civil and legal action with SOS, FTC, Missouri AG and our county courthouse. Beyond ridiculous how we've been treated.
