Terribly unhappy, this was a nightmare. Rude and confrontational. Champion Flooring installed 1,850 sq ft of high end 24" x 24" Florida Tile brand floor tile and 200 sq ft of wall tile in my new home. The labor bill was over $16,000. The General Contractor got a $2,000 bill reduction. So many tiles were broken, the bedrooms couldn't be finished. An additional 250 sq ft had to be ordered at my cost with a 3 month wait. Over a 1,000 sq ft of grout haze was left for two days, with no attempt to clean it, while other work went on, so we cleaned it ourselves. The tiles are not even level. The wall tile was charged at $16 - $34 a sq ft. I think I could have done better work myself. I had to clean up thin set mortar left sticking up between seams and on walls. Champion told me there was something wrong with the grout, which they bought and something wrong with the $4 a sq ft tile. I hired someone else to finish the job. Prices are much higher than average and I think their work stinks.
