We were required to replace the shingle roof on our home, and received four quotes from contractors in St. Augustine/Northeast Florida. Every contractor was courteous and knowledgeable and the quote amounts ranged widely.
Kevin Cousart represented Champion Roofing very well, providing insight to the process required to secure homes against Florida's weather, as well as answering the inevitable follow-up questions. Kevin was available onsite, during the removal and installation of the roof, to follow-up on any concerns we had and make our "new roof" experience a happy time.
The work was done industriously, efficiently and courteously by a solid core group of craftsman augmented by additional ground crew, to facilitate the waste removal. Manuel, the lead man on the crew, was diligent in his communication with me regarding vehicle and equipment placement, and any City or neighborhood construction restrictions that may have applied. There is a true sense of pride, throughout the crew, in a job done well that completely satisfies the expectations of the homeowner.
Prior to the work, Chris, the owner, and Kevin Cousart made all the final critical measurements for the job. Chris regularly visited the job site, during the 8 days of work. After the last screw was driven and the work area completely cleared of debris, Chris arrived to do the final inspection of the job. The craftsmanship is brilliant and we have received positive comments from our neighbors and strangers passing by, on the way to Ron Parker Park and the Dog Park.
