We had an awful experience with Chance Contractors. We hired him to build a house and a few weeks into it the block wall he had built crumbled and fell apart. He wanted to prop it back up and put brackets around it to hold it together and refused to actually fix the damages. He cussed and threatened to walk off the job while explaining that was why he hated building custom homes. We fired him and refused to pay for the damaged walls. He ended up filing a lien on our property for expenses related to the inadequate walls and we had to spend the money hiring an attorney to resolve the situation. My opinion is that this guy is personally a jerk and professionally incompetent and we would never recommend hiring him.

David is a wonderful and hands on contractor. Its obvious that he has years of experience and is very knowledgeable in all areas of residential building. David is personable and very reliable. Ive been living in a custom home he built for 5 years now, and havent had any issues at all. I highly recommend him!
