The Chance Leigh team was very helpful in ensuring it was move-in ready while we couldn't be onsite and continued to lend a hand once we had closed on the house.     Build our home

    I highly recommend Chance Leigh Custom Homes. After losing my home to a fire we contacted them. He promptly responded to us. He was so involved in assisting us every step of the way. He went above and beyond what we expected on the building of our quality home. I have had so many compliments regarding all the special added touches he put into the home. If you choose to contact him you will not be disappointed. We have lived here almost ten years and have had no problem with the
    structure of the home.

    If you are looking for a honest strait forward custom home builder in the George town area ,I would highly recommend Chance Leigh Custom Homes.
    Chance has built homes for friends of mine and they have been completely satisfied with his workmanship. I personally am building a home to far away from the georgetown area for me to have Chance build it for me, but if i could use Chance I would.
