Good Afternoon Mr. xxxxxxx,It is our understanding Brad has made you aware about your roofing project going to cost about an extra 2500.00. He has made us aware that you aren't willing to up the loan to cover the additional cost. We can handle this one of two ways, we can increase your loan amount to cover cost and install your roof or we can release you from your contract with Chappelle Roofing. If you decide to be released from the contract we will let Service Finance know as well as provide you with a contractor's affidavit which will release the NOC. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

They outsource the job and refuses to stand behind their work. My roof looks ridiculous and after 5 weeks of calling, texting and emails I can’t get the owner to take or return my call. Nicole the office manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional.
