    Not what they advertise: poor workmanship, couldn’t communicate, everything was a last minute scramble, we were forced to take over many tasks from them, months of delays, never took responsibility for their failings and gaslighted us for expecting the high standards they promised, unclean and sometimes unsafe site conditions, and frequent payment pressure when milestones were incomplete or work was defective. Eventually filed with the NY Department of Consumer & Worker Protection to get them to take our complaint seriously. Beware!

    I recently hired Chapter to renovate my apartment in Soho and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Rubi was professional, communicative, and very friendly.

    Rubi and his team were always on time and kept the space clean and organized. They were also very respectful of my home and family, which I really appreciated. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional - everything from the cabinets and countertops to the flooring and lighting is beautifully crafted and installed.

    My apartment desperately needed a remodel and I worked with them in my kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The project timeline they built for me was accurate, they worked efficiently and I had access to all the important milestones through their app. They respected my initial budget and were super communicative throughout the project.
