    We had exterior work done on our front porches about a year ago. The job appeared to be well done, but within 8 months some of wood began to crack, and the work failed. We contacted the contractor numerous times. They rarely returned our phone calls but promised to come to fix the problem. We have been waiting more than three months and the problem is now much more severe. They have not returned recent phone calls and we are extremely frustrated and disappointed. Hiring a contractor from our own neighborhood was a priority when we chose who would do the work, but we have been treated badly and would definitely not hire them again.
