I used Charles approximately 6 yrs ago. I was very happy with his overall work. He knew then that I would be recontacting him down the line for supplemental work. And when I did last November, he said he would stop by to estimate the job by Christmas. Some how some way, I just knew he was committing to something he was really interested in. As Christmas near they was no word from Charles. He did not return my phone calls or respond to my texts or emails. I never heard from him. I really don’t appreciate being mislead!
