Charles built our home in 2008, the experience was memorable and nothing short of watching a master. As the other reviewers mentioned, he also made creative and wise suggestions, did quality work, and came in on budget and on time for us. He and his entire crew made us feel we were important, he knew what he was doing was a huge deal for our family. He won't show up with all sorts of technology and glossy presentations, but he's forgotten more about building than those guys know is my assessment.
