I can't say that I wouldn't recommend Charles, but I also cannot say that if I needed an architect again that he'd be my first choice. Or, if I did hire him again, I'd have to be prepared to stay on top of him and his subcontractors. My project, which was supposed to take 8 weeks, just hit two years--and it's still not completed.
