I would never recommend this builder. After we signed. And took possesion there were things he needed to finish, replace door we ended up doing this. Screens did not fit he dropped all screen n screen door brackets left them on the porch with a note to install them are self. Took 2 months of calling n nagging to get the driveway poured and yard graded after a lot of the dirt washed away that we paid for, 2 months to get the shower that had a crack fixed. Now 3 1/2 months later they finally send someone to set up the fireplace but never hooked up tanks or tested to see if it worked, neighbors also bought a house built by him 3 month before us they had the same problems. When asking why stuff want finished it was your on my list. Sorry but when u pay for something it needs to be at the top of your list not the other houses u are building.
