If I could rate a negative review, I would. He presented himself as a licensed contractor when actually his license had been suspended by VA. He removed all of the shingles from our roof and left the site without any covering. It rained that night & we had to call Chuck to come put some type of covering over the roof to stop all of the leaks. He reluctantly did so. Now, after the fact, we discovered that he didn't even put down any underlayment beneath the roofing shingles - even though it was paid for & some of the shingles were not even nailed. We have had nothing but leaks and problems resulting in thousands of dollars of damages.
