    Charles Martin completed a flower bed in our yard last year. We followed his instructions regarding watering the bushes and even had additional sprinklers added to the yard with someone he recommended. One of our bushes has died and we have called him repeatedly to come to our home and replace it. We have been calling for the past month. He came to look two weeks ago and still has not come back to replace the bush. He doesn't answer phone calls or follow up as expected of someone who should stand behind his work.
