Initially was reliable promised high quality work as job progressed a lot of no shows and empty promises. Quality is well below average he cut a lot of corners and bought damaged or open
Box items . Issues brought to his attention still have not been corrected. Do not recommend.

Charles Brown installed a new roof on our home 7 years ago. A recent home Inspection revealed that some of the shingles were defective. We called Charles to ask if he had the sales records so that we could see if the shingles were under warranty, we also asked him to come out to inspect the roof which he agreed to do, after five days Charles did not show up so we called again, he promised to come out, he failed to show up again. 5 times Charles promised to come out to inspect and not once did he show up, call, text, or email to reschedule.
