    Charles and his crew are simply the best!! We have done many projects with him over the past 13 years. From start to finish each project well exceeded our expectations. Our last project which was our biggest and longest came out amazing. We purposely chose Charles because I knew he would turn my vision into an amazing reality. His knowledge and resources made available to us for the project as well as any extras we added were above and beyond. He offered his men to paint to help us get in quicker. A true stand up guy. We have built such a great relationship with him over the years he is always our “go to” guy. His communication was top notch and he was always available to us. He even assisted us with an emergency on a sewage line that had nothing to do with him!! I recommend Charlie and his crew to anyone looking for any home renovations as he has done all types for us from basements renovation with new flooring and home movie theater, complete first floor remodel with wall removal and beams installed for a dream kitchen, siding and windows, roofing, bathrooms and impeccable molding work he is your guy!!

    We had a very positive experience with Charles Thomas Construction. Charles completely transformed our ranch style home into a two story home, including opening up the main floor and renovating the kitchen. Charles always followed through on everything we discussed with him and he was easy to communicate with throughout the job. He walked us through every step and made sure we were happy with everything along the way. He does beautiful work and has great attention to detail. He is also very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions when we asked his opinion about things to choose. We would highly recommend him! We will certainly be calling him for our next house project.

    Charles of Charles Thomas Construction is the ultimate craftsman and the only contractor that I would trust to start and finish any job, big or small, in my home. As of today, he has completed 7 different projects, including entire room renovations in my home with professionalism and attention to detail. He is creative, innovative and problem solves well when needed. Takes pride in his work and I am proud to recommend him to others based on the quality of his work. Highly recommend!!!

    I don't have enough words to describe how great it is to have found Charles! I needed drywall repaired after a leak being fixed as well as replacing the floors. The moment He came to my home I knew he would be person I would choose. I spoke with several contractors before him , however Charles was so patient ,understanding and only wanted to please. You can clearly see he takes pride in his work. I can go on and on but long story short Charles is the man for the job! Do not hesitate to give him a call.

    My wife and I hired Charles Thomas Construction for our kitchen, bathrooms, closets, roof and extension renovation in 2020. He was patient, friendly and honest throughout the project. The designs he created were better than my wife and I imagined and everything we wanted. His team was professional, polite and ensured they cleaned up and left the house safe for our three kids after each days/nights work. Charles was present and always available, answered any and all questions my wife and I had. Even when we would change our minds, Charles never made us feel uncomfortable to ask, he would say “no problem, we will take care of it”. During the project, the Covid Pandemic continued to make things extremely challenging and created unforeseen obstacles which were out of anyone’s control. Charles kept us calm, created solutions and leveraged his network to help us keep our project on track. Overall, our renovations came out beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of choosing Charles and his team for our project. Charles has done several projects for us since the big house Reno - replaced our front door, new windows & siding which all came out great. We are so glad we have someone we can trust and does great work. I highly recommend Charles for your next project.

    Charles Thomas Construction is a very professional and courteous company. Some one I can rely on. I had an emergency and Charles showed within a few hours. He assessed the damage to My Home and gave me a price on the spot. He told Me He would Be back in a couple of days to start the job. He call Me the next morning to see if he can start the job later that day since he knew I was in dire need. They were professional and neat and his efficiency in the work allowed me to not have to go elsewhere for occupancy due to the water damage of my home. I would Highly recommend and use this company again.

    For years my wife and I scratched and saved every penny we could in order to redo our house into the home we always wanted. In the beginning of 2020, we decided it was time. We got a few estimates and then found Charles, who in the beginning seemed to be the contractor you always wanted. Attentive, decently price, had the answers, and showed pictures of quality work. In March we broken ground, and again, in the beginning of the project it was going great. Framing and siding was great. Work was being done, Charles was on scene, and in touch every day. Hell, we even had a few happy hours at the end of the workday.

    Then things began to fall apart. Charles for whatever reason, started to become overwhelmed. His attitude, more specifically with my wife, began to become nasty. The work not only slowed but became sloppy and filled with short cuts. Charles went from the contractor with all the answers, to the man with every excuse possible. The excuses piled up and the work came to a standstill. But Charles still wanted his money, even when projects were not completed. But like I said, we had a good relationship, so we paid him for the tile work, even though the kitchen was not tiled yet, and we paid when he asked for the molding payment, even though all the molding was not done. Unfortunately we trusted Charles, and his promise that it would get done with in the week.

    As our 3–4 month project enter its 6th month with no real energy from Charles to complete his work, he again started to ask for more money. I finally said no. No more money until things that were paid for are finished or fixed (and there were a lot). A reasonable request. This is when the real Charles came out. The arrogance and refusal to acknowledge that what was going on was his fault. Charles refused to come to complete my house, and in December sent a text message to my wife asking to be released from his contract. He has never returned

    He left my house a danger zone for three young kids. There were electric issues that if left alone would have caused a fire, plumbing issues that could have flooded my house, a crumbling foundation and at least 30,000 dollars worth of unfinished work or work that needed to be redone. Message me privately and I will gladly show pictures and more to the story.

    What I have realized, is the things my wife and I loved in beginning of our project were done by people other than Charles. A framing company framed our house. Siding was done by siding company. Charles only does molding when his uncle is working. His cousin paints (terribly). I can go on and on but will end with this truth; eventually you figure out that Charles is a bundle of nerves and cannot complete work without other people's confidence.

    So consumer beware, if you're looking for a big project do not look here for a contractor.
