    Bathroom

    Same as above,would not recommend him to an enemy!!! Found out too late,no license,started the job,made a complete mess,hole in my bathroom,took money!! Will not return my phone calls,he’s a coward!!!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Neil Roberts CANNOT be trusted. Completely stopped showing up for work, made up multiple excuses including the fact that his wife was in the hospital when he was actually doing other jobs. Borrowed THOUSANDS of dollars from us and never paid us back. Blocked my spouse's phone number when we tried to get in touch with him after him not showing up to work for several weeks at a time. He told us our renovation would be done at the end of January 2021. We understand delays happen, but he still had not finished the project in SEPTEMBER when we finally fired him. When we had a hard move out date from our rental in March, he didn't even have the balls to tell us the house wasn't finished. We showed up to move in and there wasn't even a functioning shower or toilet installed. Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend Neil Roberts to my worst enemy. He is a poor excuse for a business man and a liar at that.
