We have 2 AC units, one for the bedrooms and I've got the outer rooms. The one for the outter find will not keep them below 83° during the day. They came out looked at things, went up into the attic, out in parts and freon, and when they left the AC unit still wouldn't cool the rooms below 83°.
Then we had to schedule them coming back to actually fix the AC unit. They told me that the unit that was working and keeping the bedroom cool was the broken one. He went outside and messed with it and now both units don't work and the whole house is 83°.
If you're considering using this company do yourself a favor and burn a few hundred dollars in your sink, it's less frustrating than having them pretent to work on your AC unit.
