    House renovation
    $50,000

    We hired this firm to renovate a 1960s house that included all new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, refinishing all wood floors and replacing carpet and linoleum with new wood, foundation repairs, rewiring whole house, installing bathroom fans, replacing a window and doors and replacing overhead lighting.
    The subcontractors were nice but hit or miss with workdays and task completion. There were problems with a roof/fan leak that was never fixed and the ceiling damage never repaired and a cabinet panel that was damaged by staples and never repaired or replaced.
    Apparently the company went out of business. They don’t answer calls or emails and their lockbox is still attached to the house.
    If they are still in business we would not recommend them.
