From the very first call, the experience was seamless. Christina answered the phone promptly during business hours, provided a competitive quote right over the phone, and scheduled the job during the same call. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.
On the day of the appointment, Christina gave us a courtesy call to let us know that Daniel was on his way, and he arrived exactly on time. Daniel was professional, courteous, and well-prepared. After setting up his work area, he got right to work removing two old 40-gallon water heaters and expertly replacing them with a new 50-gallon unit.
Before wrapping up, Daniel double-checked that the hot water in the house was working perfectly - and it was!
We couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism, and results.
