    Very friendly, had hired him to to a number of jobs around my home. Excellent when it came to plumbing (fast, expert level work, etc), it's the general contracting work that left me feeling less than impressed. Referred him to a few other people I know; one he did work for, and the other he never called back. Always got the impression he was looking for his next big job while he was working on one of mine, too bad they were never at my place.

    TLDR: if you need emergency plumbing services, call him. But if you want someone for a long job, you might want to rethink it.

    Rob Mally promised a great job and talks a good line. I hired Charm County Improvement to remodel a half bath. He left the job incomplete. He took off with my money and the bathroom in a shambles. I try to contact Mr.Mally daily with no return call. At this point, I have given up. I am out $2700. My mom cries about it every day. The only thing I can do is pray no one else gets taken by this clown like I did. And I hate to say this but he smells absolutely terrible.What a terrible experience! 0 stars.

    If this is Charm County Home Improvement owned by a Rob Mally, this company is FANTASTIC! I had a plumbing issue late at night on a Saturday and he was so willing to come out and help. Great prices too!
