They sent an inexperienced unqualified technician to my house. My email to them stated that I found oil on the evaporator which indicates a refrigerant leak. The tech showed up with nothing more than a pair of gloves, no uniform. Almost didn’t open the door. Went straight to the indoor unit and tore my drain line apart, which he left all jacked up. He left and told me it was a clogged drain. Now I got cold air blowing into my attic and still low on refrigerant charge. I personally had to go behind him locate the leak and fix it on the refrigerant circuit. Then had to fix my drain line. He told me he doesn’t carry refrigerant on his truck like I was just shit out of luck. After calling the company to complain they came with refrigerant. I have been in the AC business for 10 years, and have had a lot of formal training. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.
