On 10/14/2019 we paid Chase's Land Services $14,900 IN FULL for work to include: Clearing our lot, shell and fill dirt, lot debris clean-up and to date: 4/6/2020, Chase has NOT fulfilled the contract despite NUMEROUS phone calls and requests for him to contact us. He does NOT return our calls. We have several estimates of approximately $4k to complete the work. We will begin a law suit shortly.
