I PAID HIM TO PUT NEW ROOF ON BECAUSE THE OTHER ROOF WAS STARTING TO GET SOME AGE ON IT.
AFTER HE PUT NEW ROOF ON, IT LEAKED SO BAD I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER 2,500.00 REPAIRING CEILINGS AS WELL AS ANOTHER 1,500.00 TO PAY ANOTHER ROOFER TO COME OUT AND FIX HIS MISTAKES. I CALLED HIM AND BEGGED HIM FOR 3 MONTHS STRAIGHT TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX ROOF AND MAKE IT RIGHT BUT HE WOULD NOT AND THEN HE FINALLY JUST WOULD IGNORE ME AND NOT TAKE MY CALLS. BASICALLY ONCE HE GETS HIS MONEY HE IS DONE WITH YOU AND HE HAS NO CLUE HOW TO PUT A ROOF ON. THE OTHER ROOFER JUST LAUGHED AT WHAT A HORRIBLE JOB HE DID, SHINGLES WERE NOT LINED UP AND HAD BIG GAPS IN IT AS WELL AS USED WAY TOO SHORT OF NAILS CAUSING FOR MAJOR LEAKS. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS ROOFER TO ANYONE UNLESS THEY WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO HAVE A DIFFERENT ROOFER COME OUT TO FIX HIS MISTAKES CAUSE HE SURE WON'T COME BACK AND FIX THEM ONCE HE IS PAID. THIS IS VERY SAD THAT HE IS OUT THERE RUNNING A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PEOPLE FOR THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY LIKE THIS, I JUST WISHED I WOULD HAVE READ HIS REVIEWS BEFORE I HIRED HIM, MY MISTAKE AND IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. -

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHASE TO ANYONE FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT WHEN HE DID OUT ROOF IT WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. INSTEAD OF REPAIRING HOLES HE COVERED THEM UP AND THEN IT TOOK 5-6 MONTHS TO GET HIM TO COME FIX IT, HE WAS RUDE ABOUT IT AND WE STILL HAVE TO REPLACE MORE FROM THE LEAKS HE DID NOT ADDRESS. HIS PRICE WAS FAIR, BUT WORK WAS POOR. DO NOT USE HIM

I would not Reccomend Chase to anyone. He is very unreliable and undependable. His crew does shoddy work. Called him and gave him several opportunities to fix his mistakes. He never would fix it, so now were taking care of it legally. Beware and DO NOT hire Chase Robertson Roofing.
