I hired Scott Chaussee for a 750 sqft hardwood flooring job with a written contract. He is very busy and he said he could start in 10 weeks which was fine. 10 days before the starting date to do the job I get this message "I sincerely apologize and regrets to the inform you I’m not going to be able to take on your floor project". This is very unprofessional so be careful when hiring this guy. His word is worthless and I am left high and dry!
