By Kathy G.December 8, 2020Chimney and bathroom
I have and never would recommend him. He came over and screwed my chimney up. He would not give me a receipt either, $900.00. He also did my bathroom and didn't finish that either. He cut my pipes and put in a one arm spigot and didn't seal it right, so it leaked for two weeks, and my basement got flooded, and it was like you could take a shower down there. When you turn on the shower, it comes out of the shower head without pulling up the pin. I found out that all the materials were brought from other jobs he didn't finish, $1200.00 Promised he'd come back with the to finish and never did. I had to purchase materials and have someone else finish. He uses menards to purchase things and gets credit and not the customer. He always promised he'd come back and never did. It's been 5 months, and no receipts. So we all know that he doesn't report this income to the irs. Are hard earned money is down the drain. If i would of known this, i would of never hired him. After the fact, many many people ( people that use to work for him, and family members ) wouldn't hire him. What a shame!!!! Hope he gets caught.

He broke drywall and still hung it. Left holes undersink. Used my materials for other jobs. Brought strangers in my home not his reg workers electric has to be redone blowing fuses toilet rocks. Put boards behind it bathtub leaks. Sink crooked worst job ever. Won't refund money or fix it. My first home remodel now I'm to scared to remodel never again.

By Kelly C.May 25, 2015bathroom additions- deck$16,00026 daysAvoid Tim cheeseman
Tried to charge me several thousand over the estimate and did not finish the heat or insulation. Left my place a mess. He also put in a deck that was not actually anchored to the ground. The posts for our second floor roof were teetering on two bricks.

Tim Cheeseman is a con artist!! He has no business working on peoples houses as a hired contractor. Claims he can do anything but leaves everything in a worse condition than before you hired him. Sick to my stomach!!
