Being from the West Side, we needed an attentive builder in Chelan as we live 3 hours away. My wife and I have had a few homes built before, just enough to know it can be a tricky process. I sell real estate and work with many builders, having been involved with dozens of home build projects over 30 years. We bought a lot, hired an architect, and used a bank construction loan to build.
We chose Shawn/Chelan Site Development to build our home, and feel very lucky to have been recommended to him. Honest, straightforward and fair; Shawn was on-site working every day. He DOESN'T send you to a rep or some team-member/recent hire w/o experience; Shawn takes his work seriously and answers every phone call we made to him. We feel he saved us money, and addressed every concern we had. Literally every board, screw and fixture that went in our home Shawn was in charge of. His bids were accurate, ideas made sense, and understands every step of construction. We are thrilled with our new dream home, and the process with Chelan Site Development.
