Chen's Construction was a referral for me and they have been around for years (since 1990) from what I understand. Although they don't advertise, have a website or any reviews on Yelp and so on, Joe has been the most experienced contractor I have hired. I have to be the first few to highly recommend them for any work done. Joe is extremely detailed and to the point.
