This Contractor is Highly skilled. I had my bathroom and kitchen done simultaneously done in 4 1/2 days. They are not Cheap but they are good at what they do. I had the floors done in 24x24 with 12x24. Looks amazing. And my bathroom was done in Onyx. Looks like Caesars Palace.

I used this contractor as recommended by Home Depot for my bathroom remodel. I CANNOT warn others enough about the horrendous workmanship that was done. I attemped for the last 6 weeks to get Jimmy Kim to return to fix the mess that he left behind, yet he refuses. He asked for 75% upfront, which I didn't think was allowed but I agreed because the job was to be completed in 4 days. I have multiple pictures of what he left...crooked custom tile niche, tiles that wont lay flush, leaving sharp edges, improper waterproofing membrane, areas not grouted....the list is extensive. I cannot even use my master bathroom due to the glass enclosure not being installed...BECAUSE Jimmy didn't pitch the tile properly INTO the shower and the glass will only serve to be a barrier to hold water as it seeps into the grout and through the floors to the ceiling below. The water cannot drain anywhere once glass is installed. I will gladly show anyone the pictures we have of this expensive project that he poorly did, if youre considering using this contractor. He also gives paperwork that lists Pangs Tileworks. Im not even sure which business he took my money under. My mistake for trusting that Home Depot would use only skilled subcontractors.
