    Horrible service after the sale. Purchased my townhome in April of 2021. Had a great project manager (Steve) who did the walk through, and told me about the warranty process and the punch lists that needed to be completed. I did both my punch lists as instructed and was extremely disappointed by the lack of follow up that was done. It took months for them to respond to the first punch list turned in, in July (3 months), and I still have things undone from the first punch list. I sent in my second punch list at 10 months and received confirmation of receipt and then nothing!!! I sent emails, made calls and left message, went through the complaints department and still nothing, until out of the blue I get an email 7 months after turning in my punch list. Set up an appt for today, waited at home the 4 hour window, and no one showed. Only after I sent an email, did I get a response back with a response and an excuse. I am furious, as they have cost me $$ and vacation days with my job to be there. They have shown poor customer service and care for the owner after the sale. They have argued warranty items and still haven’t fixed my 1 of my 2 main issues of a horrible moldy mildew smell under the sink and finally fixed a major drainage issue in my backyard that lead to my grass dying the inability of being able to enjoy my backyard. I have had to fix things at my own cost due to their use of super cheap products (on a 350,000$ townhome) and had to hire my own handipeople to come and fix and replace things. Really disappointed in Chesapeake Builders, the poor quality of building supplies used, and the poor customer care after the sale.
