Signed the contract to the house 12/2021. We signed an agreement 01/2022 stating human generated trash/debris would be clean up off the property prior to closing. Six months later at closing, the trash to include glass, tires, broken down fences, broken toilets, etc., we’re still on the property. These items turned into punch lists items that were suppose to be cleaned up after closing. The builder ghosted us and we filed a small claims case with the Anne Arundel district court(D-07-CV-22-01299). 10 months later after they delayed the court date, they reached out a day prior to the court date and we ended up settling for a sum of cash. They refused to come out to fix the One year warranty items that they previously agreed to come out and fix because they wanted us to sign another agreement stating we would not file a case with the Maryland Attorney Generals office to recoup some of the money we lost due to hiring junk removal companies to clean up the human generated/trash debris that was left on the property. I would not recommend buying a house from this company. Too many contractors out there to settle for one that lacks communication and professionalism.
