CHESTERCO, serves as a Building & Development Contractor and Project Coordinator between our clients, architects and sub-contractors to facilitate and manage projects with the primary goal of exceeding our clients’ expectations.
CHESTERCO has been in the development and construction industry for close to 30 years. Based in New York, CHESTERCO has been organized to serve its clients through all phases of the construction process.
Over the years CHESTERCO has built on the foundation of professionalism and has established itself as a leader in the market place working on a wide range of projects from Exterior and Interior Renovations, Office Space, Retail, Residential, Commercial buildings, New Construction, Building Alterations & Conversions.

We are able to provide the owner with large scale construction company know-how, while preserving that small company personal service.

Very poor quality work and unskilled people working for him. They did not have the necessary tools to do the job nor the skill to finish the job. The only thing that was done right was the sheet rock after that I have to finish the job. Also on his website a phone number is given that is in NYC and the number is not in service.
