I would not use this company again. Their installer put a screw into a pipe causing a leak. The leak caused quite a bit of drywall damage in the room below the leak. A plumber was needed to repair the pipe and the owner Vinny decided that was not his problem and it should be a cost that I pay. The mosaic tile that was chosen for the bathroom floor was installed and the pattern was wrong. The pattern was not consistent throughout the room. They came back to "fix" the pattern and the installer tried to avoid the repair by saying "it not that bad". he fixed about half the area that was wrong and the other half to this day day is still incorrect. They also tiled the shower and the installer missed about 25% of the joints with grout as well. This choice added the cost of a plumber and the unsightly mistakes that still exist with the floor and the grout. You wouldn't assume that you will have to pay a plumber and re-grout a shower yourself when you hire a company that charges these amounts but with Chester Tile you will, Don't expect the owner to care either. I would never work with this company or Vinny again, worst part is that they really didn't care or even try to make it right. They just wanted to be paid regardless of the quality of work.
