As a contractor, I hired this "company" to do my plumbing for a new built home. There were many mistakes in their part, which were eventually fixed. About 10 months after completion of house, we encountered a leak and informed Carlos about it. He said to have a different company fix it and he would pay bill. He never did. So I ended up paying it and til this day he hasn't paid me back. That has been sonce Nov. 2018. I have called, texted, emailed for many months to have Carlos pay, and he hasn't. So now, I am forced to report him to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

We received a bid and start date on replacing a water heater. The day before installation was to occur I called and left a message. I called a few hours later and left a message in detail. I also text the company three times to make sure they would be on time for the work. In all cases they never responded. I had to hire another company and wasted a week for these unprofessional people. I would not hire them if my house was flooding - I'd probably drown due to them not showing up. Awful experience and would recommend against anyone hiring them.
