I met Scott when he came to our home and bid a large remodel we were wanting to do. His price came in lower than other contractors, his plans were more comprehensive than others and he came highly recommended. From the first day his crew came to our property they were respectful, enjoyable, beyond patient with our children and right on schedule! I was and continue to be impresses by his work. Scott went above and beyond to support our family through the large remodel he did for us as we were without a kitchen with 3 kids and we are grateful. It was amazing to see what he created from the start and how he seamlessly incorporated my ideas into our current home. I recommended Scott and Chi General contracting every chance I can. I am confident in his talent, his subs and his love for his craft!

Scott and his crew are the best. In 2019 they built a wood shop with a gambrel roof for me. After seeing their impeccable work I had them side my house. Both projects were done perfectly and at a lower price than other contractors had wanted. I got to know Scott and his crew with those two projects and with their encouragement I decided to have them build a house for me on some vacant property I owned. It really stands out as a testement to their work, and it was one of the best decisions I've made in my 74 years. Scott and his crew provide expert craftsmanship, leading edge contractor knowledge, and most importantly a go get 'em attitude. My neighbors were so impressed by their work ethic and craftsmanship, they all wanted to hire Scott for jobs. These projects were by far my best experiences with a contractor.

Scott geoerge built a home for me in 2021...this guy is absolutely the best Genenral Contrator in the valley. Scott is reliable and extremely efficient at what he does. He runs his crew and his subs like its the military. Clean, hard working, no bullshit kind of guy. Who would put up with anything else... your talking thousands of dollars on the line. Came in under budget and returned some money because of the difference....now who does that? I checked his references. Suppliers, past customers, and ran him through L&I everything was legitimatem everyone said hes was a no bullshit go getter. The proof was in the pudding.

Extremely reliable...as a client thats built many projects i have never ran into a company that works as hard and efficient as Scott and his crew does. He tells it how it is and no b.s is involved. Quality of work is top notch, his crew top notch, and most of all his integrity is admirable. He gave me 4 page reference of projects he's done and every past client had the same things to say about him as I did. I'm humbled to meet him and his crew
