Chi renovation took a year to renovate my 3 bedroom 3 bath condo and did not finish anything. Every design they did was not measured or installed correctly. I paid 240,000 and no bathroom is fully done.Chi Renovation stopped coming and refused to finish the work I paid for until I paid them to install a backsplash which I had no plans to have them do because everything else they did was poorly done and incomplete. They ruined my kitchen cabinets and I need them repaired. They did not install my ceiling fan, appliances, vent hood, light switches, outlets, covers... the list goes on. I contacted the owner, Lior Ben Zur, and he refused to get workers in until I talked to him via phone. I told him I preferred email and decided to remedy through bbb, because the last time we complained he stopped the tradesmen from working until we took down bad reviews and paid fully for work that just started. This time, he refused to reply to the bbb. He then had his lawyer contact me. Chi Renovation took a year and $240,000 of my money and still did not complete project. Do not hire.
