We began as a small family business in 2008 in Chicago, Illinois. As a real estate investment fund for local and international investors specializing in renovating single family homes. Then we slowly evolved into a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Chicago Constructions specializes in drywall, flooring, tile, painting and installation. Our pricing is broken into material cost and labor expenses separately in order for you to know exactly how much you are paying for each item. Transparency being our most important value, customers will have full account of every expenditure and will receive a copy of all receipts at the completion of each project. Over the years we have updated and remodeled many homes. But we still make sure to treat the space like it's our very own. We pride ourselves on respecting your space and maintaining the integrity of your home. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service and availability as soon as you are ready to begin.

The quality of the work was excellent. Ilan, and his team, were great partners in the project. They were responsive and focused on all the little details (things we would have missed) to ensure a quality result. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Ilan did our full remodel on our house when we bought it, prior to us moving in. Literally from basement to roof, no part of our house was not touched and the difference is incredible! We had some strong ideas on what we wanted of course, but where there was any uncertainty, Ilan provided us with guidance based on his experience and the quality of the workmanship was excellent!

Beware! We paid $15K to remodel a small bathroom. Craftsmanship by this company is a 2 on a 5 start scale. The tile and grout was inconsistent and messy (anyone would notice and comment). The shower knob is loose and crooked which is also noticeable because the style of the shower fixture is linear. Their worker left two nicks in a brand new shower floor, AND caused VERY NOTICEABLE damage to a LED lighted mirror, which is the showcase piece of the bathroom. Ian was unprofessional and combative when discussing the completion of our bathroom remodel. He did not take responsibility for his workers' damage and did not at all try to resolve things and leave us happy that we paid $15K for a small bathroom remodel. He left doors/garage open which left our home vulnerable.
