My unit is the 3-flat mentioned above at 4317 s Forrestville. The owner Joe Keane value engineered my home, did not sound dampen between floors, or follow the permits. Joe sent me a text saying he was going through a divorce and his home was in foreclosure and now crickets. I have dropped in $36,000 to date to address those issues that they have not and my warranty goes for another 6 months. Horrible!!!
