My husband and I have worked with Chino Heating and Cooling since they installed our system years ago. We have them come out twice a year too check for any issues and want people too know that this company is devoted too excellent customer service beginning with Dawn who answers the phone. The technician Austin patiently answer's questions and makes sure I understand how our system functions. The office confirms our apt. and Austin calls too say he is on the way. We are completely comfortable having the technician in our home which is so important.

Beware. Crew not professional, owner not helpful. After incorrectly and not up to code- installing a new unit (that did not heat or cool) and spending thousands, owner refuses to return our money. These funds are now required, for the corrective repairs to be made- by a different contractor- to my roof, new unit, duct work and thermostat that were damaged or not completed at all.
