    The end results is good. Love our remodel. However, I did not think I would have to be the quality control person on this job. Also, do not let him make you get the electrical permit. I had to finish the job to get final state inspection approval. Heard from owner "it is what it is". Also heard "done putting my money into your remodel". Just do the job right the first time and bid the job correctly the first time. Is this how small business remodel businesses work today?
