This is a reliable contractor. They are professional, honest, hard-working and they quote fair and reasonable quotes for your remodeling needs. A lot of work is earned by word of mouth and a strong work ethics. It is a blessing to get a quality, honest, & qualified contractor. If you hired Chiquita Management Services it is a win for you. The contractor will not disappoint. Best work ever!!!

If I could leave a 0/5 I would. These are the worst contractors you could get yourself involved in. I had interior and exterior work done on a property in North Richland Hills and after the initial demo and drywall work went ok everything else went off the rails. They don’t use a professional accountant or accounting system so they always change costs after the fact. The improperly manage their own funds so they don’t stick to the original bids and try to get more than what was noted. They regularly were weeks late on everything! The subs would routinely be late, no-show, or do horrible work like with some basic as drawings for a bathroom. Even the most desperate person should steer clear. Couldn’t even get a reimbursement on an overpay that they themselves noted was due. Absolute nightmare!!!
