My personal experience is Chivas was dishonest in his dealings.
Falsified an invoice to extract more money than the the actual work and pricing that was previousely agreed to, in my opinion.
I found out he hired workers that were not listed as employees and may have come from Home Depot, i observed a lot of bickering and poorly performed work at the job site.
For a long pperiod of time he lost his contractors license according to the Contractors Licensing web site.
My opinion is Stay Away!
